It’s my pleasure to share my greatnexperience at Coles Prahran,duringnmy recent trip to Melbourne.nIt is housed in a very big space,nvery clean and all the aisles werenwell stocked.All the items werennicely price tagged which is verynessential for the convenience ofncustomers.nStore was clean and all the itemsnwere well organised and properlynstacked.Fruits and vegetables werenfresh and reasonably priced.nStaff was very friendly and lovento help the customers to make their shopping great.nLove to visit and recommend to visit this store again in future!
I recently interacted with Coles regarding an online order, and the experience reinforced my confidence in their customer service. One of the items I purchased online arrived in poor condition. When I visited the store to address the issue, I did not have the invoice, only the transaction details from my bank account.nnDespite this, the staff handled the situation with professionalism and efficiency. They promptly issued a refund and provided a practical solution that resolved the issue completely. Their courteous and attentive approach turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a smooth and reassuring one.nnWhat stood out most was Coles’ commitment to customer satisfaction; demonstrating that effective service is measured not only by policies, but by the ability to provide real solutions. For anyone valuing reliability and supportive service, Coles proves to be a dependable choice.
Its a smaller middle sized Coles, but one of the best Coles if not the best Coles to shop at. Cost, clean, freshness and variety. They have it all.nTnThen there is the staff.nThey are extra kind and helpful here. Just today, we had one lovely female staff member helped us find a trolley, and a way easier way to pre pack shopping in the trolley so its easier for when we checkout.nI honestly do not know why this coles on chapel st staff is so amazing as other stores some are on power trips or something, but definitely don't get the type of service this store offers.nWell done to the management there, you are doing something right.nI wish I knew the staff members names.nThe security are so kind also. They always let me tie my old girldoginside the store entry and watch her for me.nBeing Coles, you don't need a review really, but I had to mention how fantastic the staff are.nI feel bad for the rifraf they have to deal with but if you hear that loud music blaring, it is to make the trouble makers, beggers move on from the area. Kinda smart imo, it works.nThis store is 10/10.
I am still shaken by an experience I had earlier today at around 10:00 AM in the Chapel Street Coles store. While I was walking down an aisle and looking at the shelves, I was almost run over by a black, motorised e-bike with a pizza delivery box on the back. The bike was being ridden inside Coles and straight through the aisle. It then passed the cashiers and exited the shop. At least three staff members saw this happen and said nothing.
The deli at Prahran Coles is always great thanks to Rohan. They’re super friendly, know their stuff, and always get my order right. The deli looks fresh and organised every time they’re working. Makes grabbing meats and cheeses so much easier. Highly recommend!
