I recently interacted with Coles regarding an online order, and the experience reinforced my confidence in their customer service. One of the items I purchased online arrived in poor condition. When I visited the store to address the issue, I did not have the invoice, only the transaction details from my bank account.nnDespite this, the staff handled the situation with professionalism and efficiency. They promptly issued a refund and provided a practical solution that resolved the issue completely. Their courteous and attentive approach turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a smooth and reassuring one.nnWhat stood out most was Coles’ commitment to customer satisfaction; demonstrating that effective service is measured not only by policies, but by the ability to provide real solutions. For anyone valuing reliability and supportive service, Coles proves to be a dependable choice.
I was on a tight budget when I went in for my shop and was pleased to find an item I needed in the clearance section. I go to the self-checkout and scan the discounted item along with a few other products and the discounted item showed as full price. I called for assistance and explained. The assistant accused me of lying.nI was forced to leave my bag in the self-checkout, go to the clearance section, and take a photo of the item I intended to purchase. My phone was then taken out of my hand and the assistant kept zooming in on the photo, trying to see if I made a mistake somewhere despite my insistence that I had not made a mistake and I was not lying. Another assistant finally came over and told the original assistant to just change the price.nThe assistant then changed the price on a different product, not the product that was discounted. I had to ask her to fix this mistake and change the price on the actual discounted item. She kept sighing and had a very negative attitude towards me during this.nBetween being accused of lying, having my phone taken from me, and her hands repeatedly going into my bag without my consent, I felt so embarrassed. I am not a criminal and yet I feel I was treated like one.
The deli at Prahran Coles is always great thanks to Rohan. They’re super friendly, know their stuff, and always get my order right. The deli looks fresh and organised every time they’re working. Makes grabbing meats and cheeses so much easier. Highly recommend!
Convinient product display and very helpful staff at the check out. A male, skinny-tall, brown hair Coles member was very helpful and assisting me to redeem Zwiesel glassware promotion with Flybuy.nGood experience and highly recomended to friends and family for grocerries shopping.
There is staff member name Kyle who has been very rude with customer. Wasn’t able to understand the product or provide expected service. And make us feel like we are the ones working at Cole and have to figure out everything ourself.
