Ok, some of the workers at night are really good but with the promotion where you get a card ready set peel & win I got one from spending $14 but went the next night/ early morning & the guy didn't give me one & I spent more..To some it is no big deal but it could be a major prize I've missed out on, the other thing I've known to happen before at servos is the worker keeps the card for themselves & if a winner they give to a friend. I know he saw I was eligible for a card bcos it came up when you pay if you watch closely. I'll wait for someone to contact me regarding this, how many do they do this to ? Anyway certain staff are so rude, he was one of them. Also there is no option for a receipt, I have the purchase in my bank account to prove & the ctv footage doesn't lie.
The air hose for tyres is completely broken and the staff tell you that nothing is wrong with it. Someone in the carpark said that they also can't get it to work, so the staff are aware that multiple complaints have been made.
Worst experience with that Indian guy who is always on his phone and even didn’t use a single word not even hi. Don't know why he is there if he don’t wanna talk with customer.such a rude guy.
Probably the worse coles express around. Even one star is too much for them. 9 Out of 10 times they keep their coffee machine out of order to increase hungry jacks sale.pathetic!!
New fuel pumps installed with all products at all fill points, including Shell V-Power 98. This is the first Shell Coles Express in TAS to get Shell V-Power, more to come....
