Bloody good servo! Nice and tidy, heaps of good specials, and Hameed was a champion. Super friendly, fast and made the whole experience easy. Top service!

Mehak is always friendly, polite, and welcoming. He consistently makes great coffee and provides excellent customer service every time I visit the petrol station. His positive attitude and attention to detail make the experience enjoyable. It’s always a pleasure being served by him. Highly recommended!

Very busy fuel station I don’t know why there is only one staff member on the service desk, should be two or more for customers service because it’s always a big line for coffee as well. But anyway i am giving 5 stars because of Hameed. He is very nice person always make coffee very nice and also try to give quick service.

I fill up a few times a week, and choose BP as I use their loyalty card and I usually get a hot drink to go and love the service here - professional, quick and friendly particularly Mehak , and good service from the female staff and Hameed.

I had a very disappointing experience at BP brooker hwy, on 29-05-2026, around 7:50pm ,  The customer service representative did not greet us when we entered or when we left, which made the interaction feel unwelcoming from the beginning. The staff member was also not wearing a visible name badge, making it difficult to identify him.nnThere was a promotional ticket displayed on Red Bull stating “3 for $10.” However, when we went to pay, the discount was not applied. After we questioned it, the staff member removed the promotional ticket in front of us and initially refused to honour the advertised offer. Only after we explained that customers are entitled to receive the advertised discount did he finally agree to apply it.nnAdditionally, we purchased six items and were not offered a bag. When we asked for one, the staff member handed us the bag without any assistance, while we had to pack all the items ourselves as he simply stood there.nnOverall, the service was unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked basic customer courtesy. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training and customer service standards.
