The coffee is good and you can still have a real mug! I like watching the coffee roasting in the middle. It's very busy but perhaps understaffed because everything takes a long time even prepared muffins etc. Lots of interesting vegetarian options.
Friendly staff, easy ordering and quick turnaround. The coffee and scone were pretty good. Not as busy as I would have expected, as they are right next to Coles. Definitely worth a try.
Disappointing! Plate that scone was presented on appeared used/dirty and tea and coffee arrived 10 minutes after we had finished our scones. Poor customer service run by a team of youngsters with limited knowledge of hospitality. Will not be back.

Terrible, coffee was cold emphasis on cold, not luke warm; actually cold. Coffee is also overly expensive.
Really disappointing service. It felt very disorganized and I wait unnecessarily long for something that had sold out and had no one inform me.
Nice coffee and food, limited options though and needing a bit more care in keeping tables clean and cups with no lipstick stains! Staff were responsive and took action though.
