Went in for breakfast, really disappointing service and food. Before we even ordered the head waitress had stuffed someone else's coffee order. My partner ordered the eggs and I had the french toast. The eggs were raw and when we asked if they could be re-done the head waitress came and told us that this was how it was meant to be cooked. From my understanding Soft poached does not mean raw. They were re-done and they were still raw. Disappointing that the food wasn't cooked properly and then they tried to tell us that we didn't know how eggs were meant to be cooked. She then took our coffees before we had even finished them. Will never go back and would not recommended.

Visited for brunch, the place was not busy at all, there were nice spacious dining areas and everything appeared to be clean. Staff were friendly, however, got my coffee order wrong, twice. Food is average at best. Every order from my table had their eggs cooked either incorrectly or undercooked and the meals that came with potato's came with half a plate of potato and very little of anything else. Not going to be rushing to go back.

Hopefully it's changed since last year for my first and last visit. The coffee beans were burnt and consequently the coffee tasted burnt, as well as having a distinct texture of coffee grounds. I've heard from another person that they'd only get hot chocolate drinks from there, for exactly the same reason. I'm hoping that the coffee procedure has changed for the better.
