I have bought a product 2 days ago at the store and noticed this morning that the products best before date is 12/01/2022 which is in less than a week. Called the shop this morning and Karen was friendly and advised that I can exchange the product. Thank for the great service.
I love this store - the staff are extrememly knowledgable and always have answers to all of my questions. They are patient and ready to offer product alternatives. My Mother always shopped here and it is is always one of my first stops when I return back to Rangiora from overseas. I highly recommend thi store for all your health needs.
Rangiora Health 2000 has a great range of health products. Located in the middle of the main street approximately they are well located to find easily. The staff to me were friendly and helpful and knew their products. If you had a special request you can ask them. If they haven't got it then will normally be able to get you a similar product. Some of their products would make great gifts.
Your website says you are open, closing at 5:30pm. Shame you can't answer the phone. I don't want to make an unnecessary trip for nothing, if you just haven"t altered your web page?
Was shopping in here and noticed a staff member with a sniffle, definitely doesn't promote health to me.
The team is amazing. Always friendly and helpful and they are all very knowledgeable.
