Staff are friendly and helpful, it is often busy so can take a while to be served.

Horrific service. John Stewart provides the worst customer service and is the most appalling Account Manager we have ever experienced. Doesn't return correspondence, made us wait 45 minutes for an appointment only to tell us there was no time left as shop was closing, dishonest about products.. Very very disappointed. Have disassociated our business with him and this store. Be warned.

Always very busy when I go meaning long waiting times. More staff needed I think. Service is always great though.
