Great customer service supplied by Rae. I had a faulty top with no receipt. She spent ages searching through my records to locate the productwith the office lady and I got a refund. Much appreciated as I thought I was stuck with something I couldn’t wear!
I called in this afternoon 27/12/22 to the fragrance department. There were two staff members behind the counter chatting to each other. There were no other customers present, and I was standing a couple of metres from the employees. After 5 minutes of being ignored during which they both looked over and then carried on talking, I left and will now make a purchase elsewhere. I shop here regularly and this has never happened before. Very disappointing.
Has most items you'd expect from a department store although...no shoes! Overall, found it a bit over priced & a number of staff women's clothing/upstairs home decor preferred chatting/laughing loudly amongst themselves, rather than serving customers
Recently experienced a very distraught situation of my own doing, but a huge THANKYOU to the senior female staff member who calmly assisted and sorted the delimma .
Pathetic customer service team. They never answer their phone, so what's the point in having a call system, at Farmers Rangiora! Secondly they overcharge you, they don't give a discount at the time of purchase, when actually the product is on special.

To the three ladies on the women's wear counter 10/7/22 between 4.10pm- 4.30pm and did nothing to help a clearly unwell pregnant woman. As staff of Farmers you have a duty of care to customers in the store. Your actions where despicable and you should be ashamed of your conduct. Especially by letting unwell customer leave the store in that state with no help offered.
Didn't have what I wanted as a smaller shop so had to go to Papanui
