Hard to find. Hardly had any street signage to ID the shop as you look along the street. Asked for a cheap phone plan and they started trying to sell their mid range plans. Walked away not buying.

Called in yesterday, not sure if anyone in store was a staff member.  Three people chatting and a lady obviously waiting for assistance.  I was not greeted or acknowledged at all so left after a few minutes.  Very disappointing and will not support this service.

Staff are very helpful. The system for podting into Spark are painful, but the staff are always trying to help.

Great Service - Got the Answers that I needed. You may pay a bit more than the Opposition, but it is worth it. Good Coverage as well

Took our new phone in there to get all the stored data transfered from the old phone. We didn't realize just how complicated the process is but it was done without fuss by the nice young girl who served us. Well done for early Sunday morning. Thanks.

Brilliant service . Retail knowledge and advice top notch and completely stress free . Highly recommend this store . Yes they are very busy but that's because their service is not rushed the customer actually matters so be patient it's completely worth the wait . Very happy customer.thanks team

I experienced terrible customer service here this evening 06/01/2020. There were two staff members  which were all with customers already in the store. I walked in and waited. 4 other people walked into the store which the man with a tan, no hair, glasses asked who was next, I said I was next looking directly at him and he continued to look around the room then serve the person which was closest to him even though he heard me. Another staff member came from out the back, so now three. He asked hi were you next, I said yes and start speaking when the same man from earlier tan skin, glasses etc interrupted and said “they were next” and pointed at two others in store even though I have now had two people push in front of me when I said I was next. This service is terrible and unacceptable from spark, I don’t experience this in other stores and don’t feel as if they care. I ended up walking out because they were taking way to long. Occurred around 4:50pm. I felt as if I was undervalued due to my age. I was the youngest customer is store and feel as if they wanted to serve the older people first even though I was first.

Very helpful staff. Cannot remember the young man's name that helped with minor questions regarding my modem but he was very friendly, explained things in a very easy to understand way and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing simple tech stuff.

Could not have had better service, Dwayne was beyond helpful and one of the best customer service representatives I have dealt with in a long time, all of the other staff looking after other customers just as well, I must add. This shop be an example to all spark shops of how to look after their customers. Great experience.

This store I have mixed feelings about.  The positives are knowledgeable staff and a great product range with both iOS and Android.  On the other hand if all of the staff are busy you could be in for a very long wait because it takes so long to process a customer.   With the profit Spark makes and the top executive salaries and  amount we pay for the service it seems to me to be an attitude of let's get wealthy   With seemingly no concern to the customers that have to struggle to pay.   At the shop level ending on a positive note it's well layed out and easy to see what is on offer.
