Went to TWH Rangiora today to get some pix printed of our recently deceased pet, Zac. First I dealt with Kim at photo counter she can’t work an iPhone. She gave me the wrong email address to send to, then said I had to wait for a code to complete the print. Waited …… she then disappeared and Cohen asked how I was getting on. He said that’s the wrong email - send again to blah blah. He was most helpful and I would give him 5 stars for care and courtesy - shame about Kim letting the department down. On the way out the 2 bots on the Customer Service desk 10:30am were about as helpful as yesterday’s news. Rude and totally unhelpful - I was a nuisance is what they conveyed. Sigh! Plenty more other people would love your jobs - go figure. Lift your game.
Today I received the best customer service when I had problems downloading photos from my phone to their system. Cohen, the assistant whom was able to sort out everything for me was amazing. His expertise, professionalism and friendly attitude was excellent and honestly appreciated. I could not truelly explain how grateful Iam to him.
Shout out to Kim at The Warehouse Stationery counter, absolutely fabulous service. Did not rush me, so helpful and friendly. Thank you, certainly didn't go unnoticed. Kara
