Purchased a Micro System on 27 July, there wasn't one in store so I was told it would be a couple of days before they would get one in, that was fine. I have been into the store twice so far & no answer as to how much longer I will need to wait. I just phoned today 15 August to ask about it & told they would follow up & get back to me. I asked how long before they would ring, was told by the end of the day. I'm not impressed with the lack of follow up. If for some reason there are delays a follow up call would be helpful. Three weeks is not good service. The Micro System was a birthday present for someone 2 weeks ago so a bit embarrassing for me.

Went with a friend who spent $199 lady was so rude didn't even say much or smile. My friend payed 200 didn't even get her change and, and didn't wanna bother going back to get cos lady was so fowl
