Welcome to Coffee Cat on Kings Beach a funky relaxed Café by day and a live music venue overlooking the world popular cove of Kings Beach!

We open early with Breakfast from 6am and lunch from 11:30am till 3pm.

Open for dinners Friday and Saturday nights from 5.30pm to 8.30pm

It is located right in front of Kings Beach. It was a bit cold during winter but nice to have cool breezy wind. We ordered lunch menu and it was lovely.nnThey have many burgers but I picked the Asian poke bowl. It was amazing sadly the chicken was a bit cold and too sweet but I am happy to try it again.nnThe price was good as we considered it as a tourist spot. $25 each and nice coffeennI recommend the fresh juice!
Twice I've been here and twice I asked for extra hot coffee but got warm so don't expect anything over 60°. Yes I did say something to the waitress who said she'd let them know.nAs for the food, beautiful presentation with good flavours to match. Sit inside if smelly ibis aren't your thing.

This a popular cafe/restaurant that is right next to the beach with lots of outdoor tables and some indoor tables. We stopped here for brunch whilst travelling down the coast. My other half had poached eggs with bacon on toast, they were fine. I ordered zucchini & corn fritters and they were the most unappealing fritters I’ve ever had - too big, too brown deep fried, too much. They tasted better than they looked thanks to all the relish, corn & rocket under the fritters. There was also a lot of chopped chorizo. I opted not to have a poached egg. There is a photo online of the same dish, posted 7 months ago, and that’s how fritters should look - not the big ugly brown fried things I got served today. Prices are steep too, $26 for the fritters on the Breakfast menu. Cappuccinos were good. I would not return for a meal here.
Location location location! On the beach with cool shaded areas and a decent menu to boot makes this a popular choice with both locals and tourists. The food and service are great which makes this a wonderful spot to visit for a meal. It does get pretty busy so be prepared to wait. The coffees, juices and food were all impressive.
