Code 5 Balgowlah is honestly the best gym on the Northern Beaches, have been a part of the community for a couple of years now. Amazing trainers with a great community feel shout out to Chad! The workouts are challenging but always fun and no matter what time there is always a vibe around the gym. I leave each session with a smile on my fave, such a great way to start the day :

Code 5 is amazing! I've been at Code 5 for 3 years now and always walk away feeling like I've been completed a challenging workout. Lots of variety with classes, no two workouts are the same. Love that I can rock up and don't need to plan my own workouts. Awesome, friendly trainers and great community focused gym!

Best gym ever! I’ve been to many gyms over the years and this is the best by far. The sessions are varied and there is a great range of equipment. The trainers are really what makes this place special. Ellie, Chad & Tenzin are always so friendly and welcoming. Thanks guys!

Been to about 8 or 9 gyms over the years. This one is by far the greatest. Awesome and attentive trainers, fun but challenging workouts, and a great family/community environment. I've almost doubled the weight I can lift since training here. Theres something for everyone. Recommend!!

Great gym! Very social and have made life long friends here. Classes have a good variety with both upstairs programmed strength and downstairs circuit style classes. Definitely a family style gym where you look forward to going!
