I spent $1000 on 4 pvc sling, patio chairs ONE year ago. All 4 are coming apart at the seams and need to be replaced. The manufacturer says they haven't had a problem before so it must be my fault and wants to charge me MORE money to fix their defective product. The store just says, it's not our problem. I always try to buy local - silly me. If you buy here, don't expect ANY help when something goes wrong - customer service doesn't exist.
Wish i had ordered all of this same furniture from any other store than this one. Ordered and paid for furniture in June and still don't have it. 16 week delivery was promised to us, when paid. I didn't even bother them until the 17 weeks. I waited again until 20 weeks. I was told they still had no information, no manager of the store, and that i could not speak to the owner of the store. I was told that i just wasn't patient enough or smart enough to understand the shipping and delivery process. I wish i could rate less than 1 star.
100% pleased with the patio furniture and the experience. Not hard sell, let you walk around and see what they have to offer, then take the time to really help you with what "you need". What is comfortable for your personal situation. Already have another order in and will be ordering additional. Great Folks. Great products.

I was so happy with the selection of furniture as well as the friendly help while shopping. My patio furniture arrived in perfect condition with careful handling.
We found this place at the recommendation of a neighbor. We were frustrated visiting a number of local places to find a fire pit that worked for us. At Coastal Casual, they had a great selection displayed so you could see how it looked and how it worked. The staff answered all our questions and we found a propane fire pit that was perfect for us. That by itself would be enough to merit a very good review. However, the real clincher came a number of months after the sale. Several defects developed in the composite stone top. Danielle gather the needed info and contacted the Manufacturer for us. A couple of weeks later we got word that a complete new top was being shipped to our house to replace the damaged one. Great sales assistance, beautiful product displays, and great after-sales assistance. That definitely clinches a 5 star review.
I had purchased beautiful Lani furniture and need to change the table and thanks to Danielle she made that possible. The tables are beautiful. It was well worth the wait.
Horrible Experience. Order delivered incomplete. Cushions that were delivered made backwards. Other cushions were back ordered. When they finally came in weeks later we had to go pick them up even though we paid for delivery. They blamed cushion company over and over but they are their supplier Then we found out the original order was wrong. No apology. Told us we should have checked the order. Said they didn't understand why we were upset. Overpriced and under serviced.
Their selection of outdoor furniture is amazing! They will, gladly, help you choose fabrics and furniture designs so that you will have EXACTLY what you wanted!
Great place. Excellent quality furniture. Great coastal decor and terrific customer service.
