As an update to my original post - we bought Executive Chairs for $369 each, where the seats had started to disintergrate on both chairs. The 3 year warranty had run out. Initially a staff member indicated there was nothing Empire could do - however the Manager stepped in and efficiently provided us with a totally acceptable option, despite no longer stocking the office chairs we had originally purchased. - fabulous! Great customer service and thank you Empire Furniture.
A wonderfully pleasant and helpful team of people with an excellent range of product and knowledge to match. They were a standout. to add to this the delivery and installation man was equally helpful and pleasant and most professional. Thank you to all. Terry
Today I walked into your store ready to purchase office furniture for our 6 staff in our new office. I was the only customer in the store ready to spend up big. None of your 3 staff members who were happily talking amongst themselves acknowledged me as I browsed your entire store! Off to another store I go now. Such a pity as you had the exact directors chairs I was looking for!!
I was very disappointed with the customer service here. The employees were too busy talking to each other to even welcome us or help us in any way. Nothing was in stock, and they weren't willing to negotiate prices in any way. We headed over to Amart Furniture and had a far better experience.
