I popped into the store this afternoon.  I needed a spare bed.  The sales man was really helpful.  Went through all the options according to my budget.  He then said they could deliver the bed immediately. The best customer service ever.  Highly recommended !  It's not often you get exceptions customer service with a smile !

Over the last 10 years I have bought most of our house furniture from furniture n more. The quality is great and still have most of our furniture.  Daniel and the team provide fabulous customer service, and if the item is not in stock they will let you know the estimated time it will be, or show you other items.  We wouldn’t deal with any other furniture company besides Furn n More.

Mark and his team did an amazing job to find the right couch to fit in my home, including size, style and colour! The store had multiple styles to choose from and had the option for fully custom too. I would definitely go back for more pieces in the future.

We had a lovely experience there when we were trying to buy a few things for our new house, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were really listening to what we need instead of just pushing the sale, very happy with the service and product, keep up the good work.
