From Adelaide and this place was amazing. Had different street food dishes that I haven't found in Adelaide. Dishes were awesome, serving sizes were decent. Wish we stayed one more night so we could try more dishes.Food: 5/5
Beautiful Vietnamese street food restaurant . So many amazing looking dishes on the menu, we finally decided on grilled pork on rice flat noodles. Amazing. Will come back and try other dishes for sure
If you feel adventurous or want to try other vietnamese dishes besides your pho or broken Rice then this place is perfect. They have many other dishes that I don't often see like rice paper with pork floss, water spinach crab noodles, etc. The food can be a hit and miss. The rice paper pork floss, pho and the fried rice was just okay. The fried fish and the crab noodles are great! Fried fish was flaky and had this refreshing salty sauce poured over it. The crab noodle came with fermented prawn paste so beware if you're not big on fishy flavour. Food - 7 Service - 8 Vibe - 8 Price - $
Good food, very reasonable price. But the service can definitely be improved. The waitress doesn’t want to answer any questions or be helpful…
While the chef was out sick and tossed friend dishes where unavailable to order, the place still filled up quickly. We ordered grilled lemongrass chicken on sticky rice was very flavourful. The grilled pork on broken rice was also delicious and had a good charcoal flavour a wokhey of sorts. Service was not fast but nothing to complain about. I would return. Prices are reasonable:
Great food, very delicious and reasonably priced for the area. They were a bit busy with takeaways and running out to get errands so service was a little slow to put our order in. We got the sticky rice and a bowl of pho and both were very delicious. Will definitely be coming back.
I highly recommend ordering their banh xeo vietnamese pancake which turned out to be spectacular. The pancake itself is so thin and nicely fried that it was so crispy throughout. We also ordered other dishes like lemongrass pork with rice noodles and their variety of spring rolls, rice paper rolls and fried wantons. Everything served there was fresh and flavoursome. Service was great and speedy!
Co Thu Quan is one of the biggest reasons I visit Richmond. A big menu with popular dishes from north to south Vietnam, quite authentic it tastes and feel just like in Viet Nam, fast services, helpful and friendly staff, good seating layout. Food quality is good, stable, i guess the kitchen process must be good. Large portion. My go to is: Banh Trang Tron, Banh Da Cua Hai Phong, Canh Bun, Bun cha, Goi Coc, Muc nuong muoi ot... Love it.
We enjoyed delicious crab noodle soups and smoothies here. Good service. Reasonable prices. Good variety of dishes and drinks on the menu. Vibrant atmosphere. Vegetarian options: Many Parking: Plenty of street parking
Absolutely outstanding! This has to be one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I've ever been to, as a Southeast Asian. And the food here is even better than what we had in Vietnam. As far as we could tell, a popular spot among the locals. We had the bun thit nuong with perfectly grilled and caramelised pork, bun bo hue which was loaded with tons of fresh herbs and vegetables and tender beef slices. Crumbly texture of the pork blood cake might take some getting used to though, and is an acquired taste for many. And finally a new dish I've never tried before: the fried seafood omelette with rice cakes topped with pickled radish and fish sauce which was to die for. Chewy rice cakes, crisp and fragrant omelette, fresh seafood, sharp, zingy pickles and umami fish sauce really made this the star of our meal. Every element of this dish complemented each other so perfectly. The neighbourhood of North Richmond can be a little gritty and it caught us off guard, a bit of a shock for a tourist, but we would undoubtedly return for the great food.
