Ice cream is always delicious here, but the customer service is awful. There are 2 Asian workers who are very rude. They seemed to be forcing us to make a decision quickly to choose the ice-cream flavour when it wasn't busy. They kept asking if we are ready to order Very disappointing.
If you like croissant and waffle, you will def like this croffle thingy. Everything tastes so good separately and tastes even better when altogether. Love it.
If you are after something cool the middle of Newtown you must stop at C9. Delicious choice of icecreams and amazing milk shakes. The chia bowl is a must if you are after a healthy choice. Their coffee and doughnuts are highly recommended. A Covid Safe choice.

Ordered brownie sandwich...brownie was supposed to be soft and moist..but it was hard like a rock...couldn’t even use cutlery to cut it down...reaching out to staff was of no use...very bad experience!!
Went in on a Saturday afternoon for a treat with the kids. The staff were wonderfully attentive and hospitable. Good coffee, delicious ice cream and gelato. Would definitely return!
