Total scam.
If you are a student in a one year rental beware. Click are money hungry and unprofessional. I have flatted with three prior rental agencys whom appreciated good renters who pay rent on time, keep the flat tidy and understand the responsibilities of rentals. Click however does not.
We left our property in a better condition we were given , and yet we were threatened with our bond being held. Click sent in cleaners with our money and after many many emails we were still not given our bond back in full. I am only posting this as currently a friend of mine is going through literally the exact same issue. If anyone is going through this, my advice is to go to the tenancy tribunal as I regret not doing it myself.

Beware of Click. They are the worst property managers I have ever dealt with. Money-hungry scammers.

We have used Click for 3-4 years now, for several rental properties in Dunedin which we have owned for a long time. We left another Property Management company who were TERRIBLE and without being ranty, just trust me they did nothing for their money. We were extremely hesitant about choosing another because our previous experience was so bad! Click are really great. I like all the girls in the office, they always follow through for us and they are on our side without being disrespectful to our tenants. I can honestly say I don't have any problems with them or recommending them. Every time I have called them about something  (baring in mind we have several properties and have used click for a number of years now), but they are always really helpful and we get it sorted extremely quickly. Great company.

We listed our property with Click and couldn't be happier with them :) Extremely professional, fantastic service and always happy to answer our questions. Would thoroughly recommend if you're looking for hassle-free property management.

I'm not usually one to bother writing reviews but I feel the need to warn others so that someone can learn from our experience. 

I do have to say that Click were great to rent a property through until we decided to leave the property. Quick to sort out repairs if any were needed and didn't unessecarily bother us. And another positive I suppose - if you are a landlord you will love them because they get their tenants to cover all of the costs! 

However if you may need to break lease or ever want to leave the property BE WARNED! It is a very costly and bothersome process, something which it doesn't need to be. They use bullying tactics to get all the money they possibly can out of you. By the time we left the property we realised that Click are all for their landlords and have abosolutely no trust or respect for their tenants. Very strange how there are so few bad reviews online as I have not heard a good thing about them... 

Stay clear.
