We were delighted when Lawrence walked into our home with vim and vigour, his enthusiasm was infectious. Lawrence suggested small ideas that he said would encourage viewers. A decent letterbox, tidy yard and uncluttered house would create a visual enhancement. We mostly lived like this but it prompted enthusiasm within Us. Lawrence was always considerate and respectful, despite the challenge of a changing market, we were involved with any changes. In a “nutshell” , we felt so confident, as Lawrence was always involved with Us, We knew he would sell our house., and through difficult times we recognised his knowledge and felt nurtured. The relief was immense , and with total trust Lawrence was able to sell our house. This was the 5th house in our family that Lawrence has sold, and frankly he gets better with age, just like a good wine.
