I had an Awful experience with Edinburgh. I came into my flat on the first day- there was rubbish on the floor, there was dust in the drawers and there was a massive patch of who knows what on the carpet. When a property manager came to view it - they had the audacity of having an attitude when asked about when this carpet would be cleaned, swore during the conversation and demanded an apology for me simply expressing my frustration. The person who works at after hours does not pick up. Some of the appliances were not even working when I entered the flat and when reporting these problems the staff were extremely unhelpful and almost all of them had an attitude. Really wish I had read the rest of these reviews before getting a flat through them.

The road code states to merge like a zip. But not at Edinburgh realty! These guys prefer to use the tailgate method to prevent merging. Congratulations you got one whole car ahead in a queue of 20.

Inconsiderate of tenants. Showed up without notice to a property that isn't even leased through them. Didn't listen to the need for privacy and continued to do as they pleased. Wish I could give less stars.

The worst property agency at all. They don’t want to work and solve problems. Only want to be paid. Absolutely terrible and rude communication. It’s so sad to know that people who don’t work properly are paid and happy with it. Even one star is too good and unfair for this agency.
