$2872 in cost due to non compliant inspections. When a check was done on a property after a Tennant moved on there were several tennents worth a material under the house, urine stains carpets. I spent a full weekend traveling back down to Dunedin to clean up. I paid for inspections and this cost was not reimbursed for poor performance nor the basic costs to clean up. As youd expect there were 2 weeks loss of rental and the costs to sign up with another was not included in the damages amount...the true amount ends up being closer to $5000. I have close friend that has also complained of poor performance and service. The owner offered $300....that a bit of a joke to a professional engineer. Going to small claims would have been successful but a waste of my time to encur futher loses. All I can say is if a company is overloaded, high complaont, no trained inspectors or very little in the way of iso systems or QA check...do not consider Culters or do as i did take photo and video before and after to compare. If you decide to do go to court...i will provide you additional information from my formal complaint to the owner. I am happier i can do public reviews to helps others.

I have removed my 17 tenancies from their management due to to poor service. I would personally not recommend this company for property management.
