LOVE the work of these guys. Everything is so personal and extremely responsive. The products are of the highest quality and very well packaged. Would only highly recommend for any commercial and residential orders. I’ve been using Claudio’s for my business for the last 3y and currently with lockdown using it personally and all my neighbours are hooked up! UPDATED: just did an SBS interview and the Claudio’s team was so nice to share their store with us. A great customer service - the best out there!
Family has happily bought from here when at fish markets for decades. But first time trial of online and delivery service due to big Christmas order. Absolutely the BEST. Fresh seafood including prawns, oysters, sashimi. Delivery with a smile, 30 min window and amazingly …slightly early. So happy with quality and service. Will never line up in the queues on Christmas Eve again. Guests were so impressed with my seafood. Thanks for the streamlined service Claudios and Thanh.
BUYER BEWARE I bought XL prawns here on Friday and trusting their payment process walked away with what I THOUGHT were my XL prawns. Unfortunately got home and unwrapped to my surprise M prawns. Really disappointed by this and no longer buying from this joint.
My favourite fish shop at the fish markets. Great service and high quality seafood. I bought the sashimi grade kingfish for ceviche and tuna steak, both were delicious!
Bought 4kgs of prawns around $70per kilo and they were the worse prawns I’ve ever tasted. Soft and mushy. Never see me again
Very sorry to give this review to you guys.. I served with one of staff khaled. I brought nearly 10/12 pc xl prawn and pay 50$something cashand i leave shop. After 5min i went there again to ask salmon price . He said i didn't pay my fish before. I told hime to ii already paid but he talk about system and unfortunately i chuck my docket.. He ask me to pay again which one i wont do that. I took him in my car i gave back to him. I was with my client and i didn't want to make argumen with him early morning
So disappointed, won’t be returning. I bought 6 fillets of fish this afternoon. I specifically asked if there would be bones in it, and they said ‘no it’s filleted’. As soon as opened the fish to prepare lunch, I noticed there were quite a lot of scales left on the fillets and plenty of bones left. I wouldn’t mind if it was a few but every fillet had loads of bones, as the pictures show. I specifically paid more for scales and boneless fillets, I may as well have bought the whole fish and done it all myself.
I ordered this last week for today and I am in total awe of their professionalism. Freshly packed incl ice bags to keep them cold and prepared with care. The prices are good all things considered. I don’t know what to start with first. Thank you so much will order again soon
Been coming here for years, staff are generally pretty great. Occasionally you’ll get someone who shouldn’t be working in customer service. Fish is fresh and good price.
I worked here for two shifts and all I have to have to say is Maria or whatever her name is ruined my experience. Extremely rude for absolutely no reason. Was only my second shift working and got mad at me because I didn’t see one guy and no one was helping me, so of course I was awkward and didn’t know how to help. Extremely rude woman and poor environment. Don’t work here.
