WON'T RENT TO YOU IF YOU'RE NOT BRITISH. I have settled status been in the UK for almost 10 years now with a German passport. I was told today on the phone by Luke CX Coordinator that they can not confirm my identity unless I have a British passport.... meaning they can only rent to you if you're British.... This is ABSURD and DISCRIMINATORY. This is discrimination based on nationality and it's an offence under the Equality Act 2010!
I have worked with City Hire for the past 2 years and can honestly say they are the best tool & plant hire company I have ever worked with. Their online portal and app separates them from the rest making tracking of plant easy to control. They always go above and beyond. Exceptional service and Account Manager.

you have a good reputation it appears, but I have just been carved up on the road and abused by one of your drivers. It's not very smart to do that in a sign written company van
