The young ladies behind the counter were less than helpful on my recent visit. I had to ask for directions to the changing rooms and was pointed to the other end of the store whilst the two girls continued to discuss weekend plans. When asking if they had my preference of shorts in a different size I was simply told "what's there is what you get." Well below what I would expect from such a well-established store franchise.

Dropped into this store to buy up on our trip to Perth from the north. Staff everywhere you turned. Not one approached us and my lady did see something she liked. She tried the top on and still no service. Went to the counter and the checkout staffy nearly needed a pull cord to start. Once we asked to be served he was very nice. But needless to say. We were there for jeans , tops , bathers and more. So City Beach got $45 of the $550 we spent in other shops with service. Service speaks volumes. If I was the owner paying rents and wages for 6+ staff. Id be pissed

Worst customer services i have ever experienced at a store.

Slowest customer service ever. They are all busy talking to each other about their weekend. Waited half an hour for help with shoes and ended up just leaving.

Store staff too buay cleaning or merchandising to see "customer" looking for help and stock themselves
