Tanya....wow. She really did more than just fit me with a new bra. She gave me hope and confidence. The time she spent with me was more valuable than she will know. After years of battling with cups sizes and bras, finally, a fitting that took me seriously and made the entire process a positive one, she made it about more than just a good bra. She made it about how I felt mentally which gets so lost after becoming a new mum. Thank you Tanya. Truly. I went from feeling so insecure and despising fittings to being excited by them. It's the first time I've cried in a fitting room before and from happiness too. She spent such a long time making this an experience. She was honest about what worked and what didn't. She educated me and she saw right through me in that moment and just somehow knew I was desperate for help. I cannot recommend you guys enough. I can't wait to come back!!!!
Thank you to all the ladies at the carousel shop, for all your help last night! From the moment I walked in I felt welcome and the customer service was on a whole new level to what I have experienced at a clothes shop in a long time. I walked out with four new bras I only came in for one, signed up to the loyalty program, and a whole new perspective on clothes shopping, something I normally dread. It wasn't just me either, there were some other young ladies in the shop who I could hear having the best time being taken care of and looked after by the ladies in this shop, seriously thank you carousel ladies you are the best!
Date of shopping experience 16/12/2023 Let’s start this with WOW LADIES !!!!! I can’t thanks the two ladies at the carousel store on Saturday they were absolutely amazing, they both helped me every step of the way to find the perfect dress for new years. I also had my daughter with me and this is something i usually really dread because it is very stressful The ladies made my daughter feel so welcome and let her help them, while they helped me out. Overall absolutely amazing shopping experience and can not thanks the ladies enough for the amazing customer service. CITY CHIC YOU HAVE SOME AMAZING WORKERS AT THE CAROUSEL STORE
Tanya.......all I can say is amazing service after the day she had with being short staffed and having not so nice customer prior to me instore she really out did herself with helping me decide on an outfit to wear cannot reccommend her enough, great knowledge of everything, loved this shop now she has made me love it even morexxx
Tanya was amazing I stated of in tears and ended up with a nice dress for a wedding and being fitted properly by Tanya with a bra. Tanya your personality and Kindness left me believing in myself. All of the other staff were friendly welcoming and kind.
I returned a couple of items and the staff were very helpful. I wanted to swap but found nothing I liked. They suggested I go to David Jones. Thank you ladies, I got myself a lovely outfit. 01/12/2022 Again fantastic customer service.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent customer service. Great bras. I'm going back to get more Clothes fit great but are more for nightlife than casual day to day wear. I went looking for casual day to day outfits and ended up spending $350 on dresses yet I have nowhere to wear them. The sales girls know exactly what they are doing I wish they would offer more smart causal outfits but I would go here if you were looking for something special.
I had the best shopping experience being dressed by Tanya today! I went in the store just looking & maybe buying 1 dress. Tanya was so amazing at fitting me out I walked out with 4 new amazing outfits that left me feeling a million dollars. The clothing is great quality & I have never received such amazing experience

All the ladies are amazing here, but Tanya... What can I say Tanya is something else. Tanya could sell ice to an Eskimo. Her bra selling skills are exceptionally special. I went into buy just a dress...only a dress. Left with a dress, two bras and a whole new lease on life!! Tanya was knowledgeable, helpful and she fully showcased what city chic bras are capable of and I don't know if I'll ever be able to wear any other bras again! Please give this gal a promotion AND a pay rise!!!!!!
