Located in the heart of Fremantle I find surf dive and ski are more upmarket than city beach. Great selection of both men’s/woman’s clothes including skate gear/sunglasses and other items. Staff are great and you can always get a special.
Just letting you know , hunny or honny , not sure the spelling, I'm afraid sorry, of your particular staff member, was so so polite and lovely to me , very kind and her genuinely honest nature skates figures around all other managers I experience in customer service in general, day to day activities and shopping and the like, I witnessed and her attitude and body language, not just to me , but other customers at the Fremantle WA store and was the same , just purely one of.a kind , so to speak. This reflects on how she wants to help the customer , not just create a sale, like myself, Ive noticed the professionalism, in her purely honest format with a very high level of enthusiasm and class. My husband wanted some new shirts and a warm top so we went to the Fremantle store to do some shopping. We were very happy with the friendly service we received from a young guy named Darcy. He was very patient and took time to find the right size and suggested a few things we wouldn’t have normally considered but looked great. He made shopping a good experience for my husband which is saying a lot!
