My wife, five year old daughter and myself came into this store on a Saturday morning and were promptly greeted by the staff and were offered a coffee or a water. My wife tried on a few different sizes of the Kate's and found the right fit after the third size. Unfortunately they did not have the size in store and a pair was shipped from Sydney within two days. I came back into the store and collected the shoes and was greeted by a different employee. The staff was friendly, very knowledgeable and we could not fault them one bit. The store was very nice, clean and had the signature red color theme throughout. We will definitely be return customers.
Every woman dream of owning a shoe with red bottom, at least I certainly do. Great location, it’s now easy to come in and browse the new collections.

Heartbroken. On the 10th of this month I came into this store after being at a health appointment with my daughter. I was dressed in smart causal clothing. We walked into the store where all I wanted was to try on and potentially treat myself to my first red bottoms. Your staff on made me feel incredibly uncomfortable she didn't say hello just kind of creepily followed me around the store I asked her a question about the shoes and didn't get a proper answer or offer to help me try the pair I was looking at on. I am sad because I feel like I was judged for not being dressed up enough had she of been nicer there is a pretty good chance I would have bought the shoes I have been converting for a while now. I gave 2 stars and not one because the shoes were even more beautiful in real life. I will try again at the Gold Coast store next weekend. Hopfully they are more friendly.

Since the store has moved into the Queen Street Mall it has made my experience coming into this store more enjoyable . The Red Bottom shoe is simply a stunner, but I must say you also need a good sales person behind the product. I believe in recognition and I will never forget how it made me feel when I first made a purchase at this store. I was greeted by Patrick and the team, they made me feel comfortable with no pressure to buy. The offer of lovely beverages was simply a winner in my view it did make me feel very special and important. So thank you team. Patrick understands me, he knows what I want in shoes, he makes suggestions in ways to maximise my purchase, he always informs me of upcoming new styles or simply suggests to pop in for bubbles. That approach is very important to me. Outstanding customer service Patrick.
The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and special. Patrick especially is a huge asset to the store and has in depth knowledge of the products and goes out of his way to help sourcing items. I cannot recommend the Brisbane Louboutin team enough. I’m a huge fan of Louboutin shoes. Would give more stars if I could.
Very poor customer service. I was going to buy a pair of shoes and wanted to try different models and sizes to find a perfect fit. From the moment I entered the shop I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman lol I was asked if I was going to buy shoes. When I tried 2 pairs of shoes and asked to try another style that I liked more I was told they are not available and they can order them for me. I replied if I buy 1.1k pair of shoes I need to be sure they fit properly Very disappointed. Felt judged during the whole time Will never come back.
I came in with my partner to browse while on holiday. Louboutin staff went above and beyond to make sure my partner and I felt welcomed. We were encouraged to try on different styles and sizes and all our questions and concerned were answered. What started as window shopping turned into a purchase! Thanks Louboutin team.
