Ella M. Was awesome! They had a super busy store for school shoe fittings, but Ella was on it. I was able to get to my fitting appointment on time. I was attended to with care, and was fitted to an awesome pair of shoes. Thank you Ella. That was an excellent experience.

I've been a customer of the Athlete's Foot for just under 20 years. Due to my husbands work, we tend to move around a lot so have bought runners and school shoes from different Athlete's Foot stores throughout Australia.  I can honestly say that the customer service we received at the Winter Garden branch of the Athlete's Foot this morning by Nikki, was the best we've ever experienced from this chain.  Nikki was professional, courteous, efficient, friendly, helpful and very well informed of the various runners and shoes we were interested in. Outstanding customer service.

First bought shoes here in March. Were treated amazingly and the guy that helped us spent about 45 minutes talking through ALL options and made sure we left with the best shoe possible. Went back a couple weeks ago for another pair and were treated the same way. It's wonderful to see people actually enjoying their jobs. It shows through their service!

Nice place to measure your feet properly and see how it's the best pair of shoes for you, with the smart machine who can see the way you walk and print a 3d image of your feet.

If you didn't know this place is in the Winter Garden you'd miss it. Do pop in. It's not as busy as other Athletes foot stores and you get really good service. There's also a 'recycle your old shoes' box with suitable donations going to people in need, which I love because it's a shame to waste shoes that still have life in them. The store is well presented with the personalised foot assessment computer to assist staff finding the right fit. These guys put me onto HOKA and I have never looked back. Awesome shoes!

Great experience. Staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. Great range of shoes and I was able to get exactly what I needed. Quite reasonably priced as well considering the quality and comfort. Handy location lower ground floor in the Wintergarden.

Had a great experience in store today with Liz buying school shoes. There was a wait before I was assisted but the store was busy and an apology for the wait was made more than once. Liz's service and knowledge was personable and appreciated, as there was lots of options and she helped to point me in the right direction. Overall, I'll be back!
