Staff ignored us unless we actually spoke to them, we weren’t greeted when we walked in. They offered no helpful advice. Very poor service. The only good part was when they got a young girl from out the back to bring us a pair of shoes to try on, she was lovely and asked us if we needed any more assistance.

Love the verity to shoes Very comfortable yet good looking. It’s usually hard to find the combination. Quality of the shoes are super durable. Have been wearing for over a year and still going strong. Staff great too and very helpful.

David the manager is the rudest person I've ever met, he told me I couldn't return my fault shoes and then was talking over me and raising his voice when I asked him if he would be returning shoes if they broke after wearing them once. Disgusting attitude and staff

I went in April 2017, wary of what was written in other reviews. Employees were very helpful and happy, and helped me to pick the right shoe. That said, there is a noticeable lowering in quality in the Stockman boots from 2016 to 2017, likely reflective of a push by the company to lower manufacturing costs and increase margins.
