Love chipmunks. Big playground lots of different sections to play on. Wear a long sleeve top and pants to make sure no plastic burns on the big slide. The wedges are also really good at the cafe! Staff always happy and helpful and if your lucky Charlie chipmunk comes out to say hi. The kids love it
Went to chipmunks papanui over the weekend and had a lovely time as usual. The food and coffee is always good. I especially wanted to say how amazing the staff are, every time we go I am impressed with how lovely they always are, even when it's crazy busy, and how kind and fun they are with the kids. A special thanks to Suzy, who was so wonderful to our wee ones who got a couple of minor scrapes and bumps. She went above and beyond and they felt very special. Thanks so much!
Hi we had our sons 5th birthday at chipmunks and done the private venue hire package, honestly everything was perfect! The staff were amazing and helped set up and pack down, our guests and their children had so much fun. The playground is all soft so no children were injured, plenty of space for over 100 guests, thanks Bella for an awesome night greeting our guests on their entrance and exit, and tending to all our needs! Chipmunks was great!
It was so disgusting that they don't allow food or snacks for kids. Kids get hungry every few minutes, but the food they sell are so very expensive and not affordable for a low income families. We spent so much for the entry. I will be coming back to this chipmunk. I would rather take my kids to outside playground and save my money for other things. They can't force people to buy their food. They don't have empathy.
They are open on waitangi day! We were there 5 to half past nine and there were 3 cars waiting outside. This place is clean, well presented and organised. Staff quality and sevices vary depending on who you get. We've had a lady who was very nice and friendly while another one was very rude. The wait on food and drink is crazy long. They are very strict on socks-on policy for both children and adults and trying their best to keep older kids out of the toddler area, which is very good.
