Every time I have been to this store my order has been very fresh, and I have had such a positive experience from the staff...in fact I have found them to be the most polite, friendly and helpful staff I have encountered in any fast food places I've been. Thanks for providing great service :)

I went here last night and ordered a chicken roll. Took it home and opened the bag to be met by an awful smell. I looked closer to find the chicken in the roll to be well and truely expired. My sister walked in and asked what the smell was it was making her feel sick. Not happy at all someone could have been very sick if this was consumed. I rang the store and they said we will replace it for you but thats not the point. Some more care from this store would have been nice. Definately not eating here again!!!!

They didn't want to honor my coupon because it wasn't lunch time, I asked them to tell me where it says that on the coupon (it didn't) and they proceeded to honor it, whilst muttering several rude comments under their breath and this was for a $5 coupon. Very rude, very petty.

Nice freshly cooked food and friendly staff in a nice clean venue! Worked for us when we had our son at Osbourne park hospital.
