Missing Food. Our order was almost $40 and when we got home one of the meals was missing completely and the Five Star Box was missing items. Fries were undercooked and cold. Love KFC but wouldn't recommend this one ever.

F***ing bell-ends. Had to go back to the counter 4 times, received food half burnt and half raw, had AT LEAST two things missing from EVERY meal ordered. To top things off, I was the only customer aside from ONE other person in the store at the time! Not even a justifiable mistake. Three women in the kitchen laughing and socializing while messing up every single aspect of an order coming through. Pure laziness and absolutely ZERO professionalism. Spent over $50 to have my experience pissed on. Fire these muppets and recruit staff that are actually grateful to be employed. You've lost another disatisfied customer, well deserved by KFC Innaloo.

Worst KFC ever been too, must be under staffed. Waiting 33mins for my meal and still counting while i wrote this review. Pathetic. Ended up waiting 37 mins, got home, chips had no salt on them, they forgot my large potato and gravy. Sooo bad, never going back to this KFC

NEVER ORDER FOOD FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. ANY OTHER KFC WILL PROVIDE BETTER SERVICE, ABSOLUTELY ANYWHERE ELSE. THESE PEOPLE ARE MONKEYS!!!

How can KFC run out of original, spicy AND wicked wings in the same night??? Absolutely useless!! VERY POORLY MANAGED!!
