Wow. Just wow. I walked up to Hungry Jack’s after ordering online, thinking I was doing a quick and responsible pickup. But nope—apparently, unless you arrive in a two-ton chunk of metal burning fossil fuels, you’re not welcome.nnNowhere on the app or website did it say you must be in a vehicle to receive your food. I showed up on foot, polite and hungry, and instead of a burger, I got served a big ol’ portion of attitude. The staff member looked at me like I’d asked them to donate a kidney. Unfriendly, unhelpful, and honestly—unbelievable.nnSo let me get this straight: you’d rather I pollute the planet by idling in a car just to get a Whopper? Great message, really green of you.nnMaybe change the name to “Hungry for Emissions”—because apparently being eco-friendly and hungry isn’t allowed.nnWill be taking my plant-based appetite and feet elsewhere next time. Enjoy the empty car queue!

I have ordered my food through Uber countless times at LEAST 15 and the fact that they have been able to forget the ‘included’ dipping sauce every single time is so ridiculous it’s actually funny.nnEven when I pay extra for a sauce add on it has always been forgotten.nnThere is no way for me to leave a note on Uber to kindly request they remember the sauce. A small as it is, it is still a major inconvenience and annoyance to spend money on and not receive.nToday I made sure to order the 4 sauce package because I was sure they wouldn’t be able to forget them if I ordered 4. They remembered my sauces, but forgot my whole burger instead.nThis leads me to wonder will I ever receive a complete order?nKFC Innaloo what is going on?nWhy is there always something missing from my order?

Very disappointed and disgusted. Got served with a two big feathers today . This is not the first time they have done it .

if you want food poisoning from the uncooked bacon zinger and cheese this is your place, generally don’t know how they managed this as i was the only customer at that time. same thing to my partners food

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at kfc Inaloo This is now the fifth time I have received the wrong order, and the lack of accountability from the staff has made the situation even more frustrating.nnDuring my most recent visit, I went through the drive-through and specifically asked the staff member if the order I received was correct. She confirmed it was, but upon double-checking, I found that it was not my order. When I addressed the issue with the manager, instead of resolving the problem professionally, they were argumentative and made it seem as if the mistake was my fault.nnI expect better service from KFC and hope this matter is taken seriously. Please address these ongoing issues with the staff at this location to ensure that customers receive accurate orders and are treated with respect.
