I would like to give a heart filled thanks to Chemist Works for opening on public holidays, especially Christmas Day, so families like mine could access required medication when needed. My son flew out this morning for the UK and after an injury late Christmas Eve, we required antibiotics to prevent an infection before he travelled. Not only were Chemist Works open on Christmas Day but a lovely lady named  Christine, stayed on the phone giving me not a local directions to the shop. She displayed compassion for my stress and helped me, following a map of the shopping centre herself, find the Chemist. Christine was able to locate me and gave me step by step instructions to the shop. Christine and the staff at Chemist works really deserve a huge shout out for the services they offer. Thank you, Cheryl

The staff here have provided the best service i have ever experienced at a chemist !. All levels of staff including floor staff were beyond exceptional. I cant thank them enough for going out of there way to help me. I wish i could keep giving you guys 5 stars !

I was leaving the chemist when the sensor beeped, someone said I have to empty my bag, and there were security guards behind me and then they went to check the security cameras and I had to stand there and wait and feel like I'm being treated like a criminal while the other people watched as they were at the register. I've been a regular paying customer and they didn't even say sorry at the end. Very poor service and staff just didn't care.

Great layout, friendly staff and always happy to help. Other pharmacies have people running at you to help you locate your items and have you go. This pharmacy is quite casual and "normal"

Disgusting Customer service by Asian girl called Emily…. She was very impatient and rude  answering our questions about first aid productes. She was in a hurry to go back to mark her api order and chitchat with her friends. Thursday night at 9:33pm

Now what can I say about the service of some of the fantastic pharmacists who work in this pharmacy? Issac, Gus, Lachlan and Mike are simply the best pharmacists you could come across!!! They're amazing!!! They do their very best to help out everytime!!! Even better than doctors I'd say! I honestly believe they deserve a pay rise!! They're truly an asset to Chemistworks!!!

Highly dissapointed. Pharmacist refuses to give me a script that I have been continuenly receiving for the last year and now I have to go home without taking medication and will be struggling to sleep in pain now. Gone home very distressed. This pharmacy in general have rude customer service only on the pharmacy side.

Had the worst experience visiting chemist work at  Wetherill Park, i’ve been served by a staff member called Emily with a very unpleasant attitude. she had no manner nor any customer service skills.

I am disgusted with the staff and the surgery there  It is truly disturbing to go to such a chemist only because it is 24 hours.  It is like walking into some market with people dragging you left and right to purchase something and staff who act like doctors.  THIS PHARMACY WILL NEVER TELL PEOPLE ABOUT THE SAFTEY NET SCHEME BECAUSE THEY ARE GREEDY AND DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW.  The best Pharmacy in the Fairfield Area is DUBLIN STREET PHARMACY under New Management in mid 2022.  This Chemist is amazing and helps people after hours delivering medication on his own time.  I totally recommend when you need a cheaper pharmacy that will help you reduce the amount or more on medication. I honestly recommend visiting the new CHEMSAVE on DUBLIN STREET.  I promote this Chemist because he is simply the best in the area hands down.  See for yourself...

The customer service of one of the pharmacist was absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. I am a regular customer I always come to this chemistworks to pick up medication and not once was I treated this badly. Please do better.
