Chemist Warehouse Springvale

They have the best price and products. But, the staff has quite an unwelcoming attitude. Should add quality service to win loyal customers.

I love to shop at Chemist Warehouse. They have the best price and products. I do however value quality customer service which unfortunately lacks at this store. Staff do not acknowledge customers and are not polite when they try to exchange items. Some duty manager names Ava or something like that ( had Indian or Afghan accent ) she was extremely rude. Just a feed back Chemist Warehouse everyone sells products and at competitive prices however you should always add quality service to your products which will win loyal customers.

Absolutely horrible serivce. Purchased a product which was boxed and is only partially sealed to prevent people from opening it. Unfortunately a spider had managed to find its way into the product and lay eggs/make a home for itself (not the stores fault). When i called up to explain the situation i simply wanted to know if there was another item i could exchange it with. Instead of doing a simple stock check, they kept me waiting for 9 minutes before i was rudely spoken down to as though im trying to make dodgey exchange. Please teach your staff some manners.

I went to purchase some Micella water at Chemist Warehouse Springvale and "Shabnam" was serving us in the most disgusting disrespectful manner I have ever received. Instead of placing our items in the bag she continually threw the items in the bag. considering she was even a supervisor I was shock . Absolutely disrespectful customer service.

Top people Always smile on their faces. I go there as a courier guy and they welcome very nicely, unlike other chemists around the area who try to ignore
