Alert! They CHEAT customers with fake product! I bought the Clarins Extra-firming night cream on chemistwarehouse website and chose click&pick up in this store,but when I got home I found that they put another cheaper Clarin product in the box,this is really awful! They just cheat customers!

I choose this store over others locally because all staff including chemist are always friendly helpful and patient.

Staff member Nauman was very rude and unhelpful. Refused to give a refund on an unused product claiming is has been used. It has been purchased less than 40 minutes before trying to return it and was in the wrong shade. I will be advising my friends and family to avoid this store due to the awful staff and customer service.

Went in on 23/11/2019 at around 4pm and was greeted by a welcoming security guard. I was having some trouble with my purchases and a pharmacist noticed straight away, she was quick to assist me and offered exceptional service. Very satisfied!!  Other times, prices are not correct. Often a sale item is scanned at its full price, so beware of some price discrepancies.  Apart from that, was really happy with service that day!!

Good branch and reasonable price as usual

This is our go to chemist!  Staff are always friendly and helpful.  Great selection of products.  We book our flu vac here every year and are treated with respect and care.  On site pharmacist is also very helpful.

Cashier is very rude, chemist has the promotion of particular products, but when i asked the avene tau thermale, she told me it is not participate and her attitude was really bad...Also the security guard has been staring and stalking us while we are in the shop. Very bad experience and will never go again.

I wasn't aware of the limit of 2 baby wipes per person and the Sudanese boy working in the check out was just freakin rude treating me like stealing baby wipes. I didnt even argue, please learn to try to treat people with respect especially if you are in the service industry. Attn to manager to provide more training. I will never go back!

We  with my wifewent this shop to buy some vitamins on 22 May 2021.when we finding the vitamins, security man was targeted his eyes towards us.he was rude towards us followed us until we leave the shop. Terrible Scenario
