If you want to wait all night for medication, even after emailing your prescription and calling to confirm it’s ready—don’t bother. It won’t be.nnThe staff have no idea what they’re talking about or what’s going on. And if you ask for the manager, Helen, be prepared for the worst customer service. She didn’t ask what was wrong or show any concern. She really needs to take a customer service course.nnCompletely disappointing experience when all I was trying to do was get some medication.

Sick of good service with a smile? Look no further! Oh, what a delightful experience visiting this pharmacy! The customer service is nothing short of a masterclass in indifference. This pharmacy is a true gem for anyone who loves being utterly disregarded.

Have to say some staff are very nice and willing to help. But overall I have to suspect its racist culture. The security guard followed on my heel everywhere since the first second I entered the store, with his unfriendly sucpicious sight. After leaving the prescriptions in the counter we had waited for decades until all the white guys got what they want. All the customers with asian face, no matter came early or late, were left unattended unless we went to ask what happened.nTotally unacceptable. Extremely disappointed. Will never come back.

Quite disappointed and frankly embarrassed after a cashier unknowingly to me, did not scan one of my items. After security got another cashier to check my receipt to find it had not been scanned the original cashier lied and said the item had never been placed on the counter.nnI protested this and paid for the item anyway but an apology would have been nice after trying to paint me out as a thief. Will be going elsewhere now.

Ka Lok Wong, is the pharmacist on duty today who refused to dispense my prescribed medication, despite it being regularly issued to me in the past as per my doctor’s orders. His decision to deny me access to the medication is not only unwarranted but also goes against standard practice. No clear written policy or communication has been provided to me, as a customer, regarding any new rules or restrictions around the dispensing of this medication. The pharmacist seemed to have arbitrarily imposed a rule that was not previously applied and was not supported by any legal or medical rationale.
