CW is the main phamarcy we go to. But, we don't recommend this Buundoora store!
The overweight (sorry, I don’t want to use ‘Fat and ugly’, but don’t know how to describe her politely) female chemist was so rude and offensive.
My husband picked up a couple of hair sprays for me. (Probably picked up anything from front line of display shelf). 2 of them were half empty (used) and one was I don’t like the brand.
Went there to return. The chemist gave me a really funny look and treated me like a person who don’t have any conconciousness. What kind of person would return half-empty items and asking for a refund?

When we went to Priceline to buy multiple hair care items, 4 out of 5 dry shampoo displayed were empty. So the staff gave me a new one from storage room. It happens people just try out ‘new one’ when the tester was empty (Obviously the store manager didn’t do her job properly.) 

Thanks for giving us a good lesson CW in Bundoora anyway! Now we know when buying stuff, we gotta carefully check. (We can’t just assume that all items displayed are new, unused.)

Staff are nice but security treat you like you're a criminal, have just grabbed as much as possible and stuffed it in your handbag. It's completely humiliating walking out the door. I would never steal and to be treated in that manner is just awful... I'll go to other Chemist Warehouse stores from now on

I travel up Plenty Road (which locals will know is not for the faint hearted at times) to visit this outlet in preference to closer options due to their service. Their SMS prescription service is so well managed that I received a text advising my medicine had been dispensed less than 5 minutes after confirming I would like to pick it up. That is amazing. I was literally in and out in a couple of minutes which was excellent given how busy it was and always is. They also seem to manage their floorstock well. There is parking right outside or if that is full, there is more adjacent at the Psarakos market or just across the road at the Bundoora shops.

Great location near tram stop and with onsite parking. Two clinics nearby, one next door and another one across the road along with dentist and orthodontist in the same building. Opens until 11pm for weekdays and 9pm for weekends and public holiday, which is very convenient. Excellent range pharmacy item as well as skincare and fragrance with a competitive price. Always full of stock except the one out of stock from manufacturer. Helpful staff with excellent recommendation for alternative. Lot of people filling prescription, yet still with a reasonable waiting time of 5 to 10 minutes. Massive saving of non government subsidised medicine compares to local pharmacy. Definitely the chemist I would go to in northern suburb.
