If I could give 0 stars I would. Disgraceful experience with rude pharmacist wasted 45 minutes of my time. Needed document signed which takes 2 minutes, originally told to wait 15 minutes. Went back after 45 minutes waiting, Then told will be an indefinite waiting period until she can get around to it. Does she think only her time is precious? Rude, bad attitude, unprofessional. Won’t be going back.

This place is a joke. I went in to get my medication I don’t usually go here, but had to this time and they questioned me about my dosage. Incredibly inappropriate and something I have discussed with my gp and specialists. The employee went out the back and came back with my medication in a lock box. Seriously? How demeaning and humiliating. Don’t press your own prejudice and opinions on me for taking a medication. That’s why I’m there in the first place. Disgusting. He wouldn’t explain the decision either. Don’t go here if you can help it

I used to go here for scripts but I avoid them due to how claustrophobic and weird flow of the scripts area. I go to another chemist further up the road for scripts. In rgs to everything else its stock standard Chemist warehouse experience. The floor staff are helpful and I can always get my suppliments. Parking is a weird squeeze. I try to park elswhere and walk a few extra steps.

Very rude staff. I tried to return a faulty water bottle and was told because it was over 1 weeks old and wasn't purchased from this store i wasn't allowed to even exchange for a new one. Asked for management and was promptly ignored. Ignorent and rude staff. I took it back to the polaris store, friendly staff exchanged with no problem.

I had a very disappointing experience at Chemist Warehouse Bundoora. A staff member named Giuseppina was extremely rude when I politely asked for help finding a medicine. She ignored my question and spoke to me in a dismissive and rude manner, saying she was dealing with another customer, without any courtesy or professionalism. I understand staff can be busy, but basic respect and communication are essential in customer service—especially in a pharmacy. This behaviour made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management addresses this, as customer service should be much better than this.
