Slowest service I’ve ever experienced, waiting for the pharmacist to dispense medication. 40+ minute wait times if you’re lucky and usually you’re the only person in the store standing around waiting. It’s happened multiple times that they call out 10 other people’s names who are not inside the store before they got to me. Do something fun or productive when you drop off your script like those 10 other people instead of waiting patiently like me

Disgusting staff. The staff behind the counter for the prescriptions were talking so loud about a customer not liking it when her name was called out. And the other laughing about it. Have no sense of awareness. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.nThe other OLD lady came to me asking why I was testing makeup that were testers clearly and asked to not. I laughed at her face and said it was a tester and the useless security guard came running after her. She walked off telling me how she had to ‘clean’ the make up now. Next time do put tissues where it’s recommended so us females can actually ‘test’ them on the tissue rather than it squirting on us from how old and gummy the formulas have been just waiting there for months. Clearly know why now I don’t know who hired these staff members but by the looks of other reviews the manager should be embarrassed. Don’t come in from the hours between 12-4pm people. They’re so disgusting and rude. Yuck

Frustrating to arrive at 9:15pm to find the store closed, despite trading hours stating it’s open until 10pm. Disappointing that Chemist Warehouse doesn’t keep their listed hours accurate- especially when people rely on them for essential items. Would expect better from a business of this size.nIf you need a chemist in the area that’s actually open, I recommend going to Direct Chemist Outlet in Summer Hill just up the road.

Staff were brilliant the product was out of  stock on shelf, tge staff member was happy to check the storage space for last  stocked item
