My wife had twins - initially was helpful - but when one of the boys had to stay in hospital for two months extra and we didn't need the second capsule there was no chance of a refund. 

When the capsule was finally collected and we had had two car seats installed in the mean time he was angry that we hadn't paid him to get them installed and then said he was taking 50 dollars out of our deposit for a prior "consultation" 

His manner was rude and pushy - the only reason he wasn't ordered off my property was that I was trying to settle one of the twins.
