My experience at chemist warehouse was magical to say the least.nnI saved comparing the same shop at Woolworths by $7.nnThe store is well laid out taking into account the aisles are narrow to ensure that everything can fit in. Staff are helpful and friendly and didn’t wait long to be served.nnIf you’re thinking of shoplifting think again they have security..and cameras in the store.nnThey will fill your scripts at the back of the store, this chemist warehouse has everything and compared to your local chemist it’s always cheaper with a greater variety.

I just had the absolute pleasure of dealing with the pharmacist Cadence. She went out of her way and bent over backwards to help me locate a script from another chemist. She returned my calls promptly and followed up the matter when off the phone. She did all this with a happy kind demeanour. Thank you Cadence!!.

I would like to share my recent experience at Chemist Warehouse in Fremantle, which left me deeply disappointed. While shopping, I observed a young male team member interacting with a female colleague in a manner that I found to be completely disrespectful and inappropriate. Despite his behavior, the female colleague handled the situation with remarkable maturity and composure, maintaining her professionalism.nIf I were treated in such a way, especially by someone much younger, I would have found it difficult to remain in the environment. It was disheartening to witness the lack of respect and consideration displayed by the young team member, which I feel reflects poorly on the overall customer service standards of the store.nI believe that a more respectful and professional atmosphere should be maintained to ensure that both staff and customers feel valued and respected. I hope this feedback is taken into account for future training and improvements in customer service.

The hair moisturizing oil I bought today, the cashier put it directly in the paper bag. But when I got home, I found that the lid was tattered. I am sure that I will not choose a product with damaged packaging to check out, and I could only remind that need to check again after paying for things in the future to avoid unnecessary losses.

We just popped in to get a few bits before our cruise. Adamantly, we stand out as tourists, unfamiliar to the area. While waiting for my parents to pay, one of the managers named Lauren obviously spoke to the security guard to check my bag which I didn't even touch for the 5 minutes we were in the store. He looked uncomfortable checking my bag as he did not check other people coming in and out. Racial profiling at its best I guess. They do have a policy which Lauren conveniently happened to be presence to do the talking on behalf of the guard, which made me feel more embarrassed as if I was going to cause a scene. Disappointing experience in Fremantle shopping area.
