I came here on the 2nd July 2026 about 1pm just to browse around and ended up walking out with a cloth to crown my glasses and some jelly beans.nnI felt like I was in some shop simulation it just didn’t feel real it was definitely a weird vibe.nnIt was so busy and I mean absolutely couldn’t move and the line for the checkout was long.nnCouldn’t find what I wanted I needed a BSL monitor.nnStaff were nice but again not sure what’s going on.

I am so happy with the service at this store. I come here almost every week, and during my last purchase I accidentally left behind an item that I had already paid for. I only realized it when I got home.nnI kept the receipt and came back two days later, and the attendant was incredibly helpful. She listened to me carefully, spoke with her manager, and they had kept my item safely for me.nnI truly have no words to thank the team enough for their kindness, honesty, and excellent customer service. It made such a difference to me.nnThank you so much!!!

I felt it’s important to let people know that other reviews here about the dispensary and pharmacists at this Chemist Warehouse are accurate. I’ve had several issues with obtaining medication over the counter or on script. The latest issue was refusal to fill a scriptnbased on the fact I was receiving the medication privately non-PBS at a fairly high cost, mind you, for off label treatment of a condition I have had my whole life… the refusal was not due supply issues, they had it in stock and was out of blue got it there before. Do yourself a favour a walk across the road to Priceline, I did and got it filled with no fuss and a smile for a few extra $.

Rubbish customer service. I'm travelling in 3 weeks time and needed simple statin and bp scripts filled. I was made to feel like a child. Scripts were denied and I was told to come back in a week. Im not near a Chemist Warehouse often and wanted to pay the cheaper price. Ridiculous!!

I was purchasing shampoo. On the shelf priced at $19.90. checking out he said $25;I said no so went and took photo. Still didn't believe so he went. He said I was right. Asked if that means I get it free?. No. It was the last one left. What I wonder is how many people paid the $25 without realising. My complaint is they didn't take responsibility. They didn't care!!
