The review of my experience at Chemist Warehouse Echuca on the 25th of February. I gave one star because I couldn’t say no stars. Please forgive the overshare. I have irritable bowel syndrome and I have also had a portion of my large bowel removed due to cancer. Whilst at this shop today I needed to go to the bathroom, urgently; I do not “get much notice” of this. I explained the situation and I asked if I could use their toilets as this is, to me, an emergency. I was told no, due to this being an insurance risk. I was desperate and tearful, but no; I was not allowed to use their facilities. I was left with no choice but to find the nearest public toilets. Thankfully I made it, but it was a near run thing. Chemist Warehouse Echuca; your insurance is safe, but I will never grace your premises again. All I ask for is a little common sense and empathy. I pray that none of you ever find yourselves in a situation where you made to feel humiliated and embarrassed due to something over which you have no control. BTW; other CW establishments have been able to accommodate my needs, so no thanks to you, at all. Your staff telling me “sorry” simply isn’t good enough. It has now been more than 48 hours since I had an unsatisfactory discussion with the store manager. I was told I would be contacted by the store owner. Not a word. Presumably they hope I will go away.

Not a happy camper. In the race for profits it seems that customer service has taken a back seat. I should of accepted the offer of a bag for my purchases as one item slipped from my hand and smashed on the floor. Not only was I not offered a replacement for my purchase, I also had to recommend to the sales girls how to make the area safe for customers. All items sold in glass containers should automatically be placed in a bag so what happened to me doesn't happen again.

Terrible terrible service, after bad service last year, I thought to give them a second chance and again the pharmacist thinks they know better than a doctors script. Then when paying for half the items I actually needed the staff at the counter were rude and more interested in knock off time. They are lucky they are the only chemist warehouse in the area. Definitely will be going elsewhere in future!

Usually a nice friendly ppace to go, but picking up prescriptions i feel judged and humiliated for asking for something over the counter because the male pharmarcist treats me like im some common junkie just trying to stooge them everytime hes working. Its hard to ask for help and he is one of the reasons why.

Plesent helpful staff on the shop floor, when couldn't find a product, although had to ask for help even though they could see I was struggling. Further, checkout time was slow, very slow, and the staff member didn't promote good customer service.
