Walking out. Want to buy 5m of rope, guy's been paged 3 times and apparently not one of the 4 staff at the trade desk can stop their conversation for long enough to walk the 15 paces required. Not a big fan of standing around staring at tie-downs for 20 minutes while I wait for service. Only reason there's 2 stars given is the coffee was good.

Tried several Bunnings over eastern Australia over the last 4 months as a grey nomad. Echuca excels compared to most with staffing levels and product range. A much better managed store to most. Since Masters left they have dropped their game. But not in Echuca.

Typical Bunnings store. Huge range of products that mostly seem to be instock. Friendly and helpful floor staff. Checkout staff member was really nice to the customer in front of me, then completely rude to me (didn't even acknowledge me), please do better.

Store is way to cluttered. Can hardly push a trolley in the isles because of stock on the floor. Recently purchased a kitchen top and it was an very average experience. Not enough trained members in this field, to long to arrive, an nobody could tell me where it was after being notified it had finally arrived. Product is gr8 and happy with it just needs more training and less clutter on the the floor.

I have been doing maintenance on a property outside Echuca and have visited quite a few times. Most staff are pretty good but if you are lucky enough to get Michael in the paint section, be prepared for someone who is arrogant and rude with a couldn't care less attitude. Twice is enough for me, elsewhere from now on.
