This store has a segregated department for personal care & beauty and health which has a cash register in this particular area items must be purchased in this area before leaving this segregated area  of the store what are they trying to achieve treating everybody like a criminal

The details on the website/ Google  and any other place I could find the times are incorrect! Drove an hour and a half to come here so I could get something as it was the only place that had it and they were shut. 3 hr round trip for nothing!

I am so disappointed with the staff members…. Such a poor service… I bought a sewing machine from Echuca BIGW today around 03:00 Pm.n1. I couldn’t find where it is kept in the store. I asked a staff member who told me that he doesn’t know, so I have to search…n2. Approached another 2 staff members who won’t look at my face when I stood near and asked “excuse me”. Looks like they are doing a job which is assigned. They don’t care about answering customers.n3. Went to billing counter, staff couldn’t remove the safety lock… she requested the another staff to remove. Fair enough.nThat another staff member made me to go around to her to get it removed, when I went in to that different part of the store, she has been chatting with another staff member and laughing… we have to go behind and ask excuse to get that safety lock removed…nnSuch a poor experience….

Was followed around the store because I seen if a sandwich container fitted inside a lunch box for my daughter to take to kinder, I proceeded to put the items back on the shelf and purchased a lunch box that already had things inside and was tied together, I was followed around the store by three different staff members and then after purchasing $70 worth of things I was asked to check the lunch box that was clearly tied together and they cut it open to check the contents I had a guy with glasses and tattoos standing two people behind me breathing down my neck watching me scan all my items… I walked out in tears, so humiliating. Rudest people I have met,  not everyone are in the store stealing. Will be making a formal complaint
