This isn't the first time I've been asked to check my bag. The first time was when I went to Big W shopping mall; I just went in to browse and didn't buy anything, but my bag was still checked. The second time was when I bought something and was asked to check my bag again, and this time it happened while I was scanning the barcode to pay. I hadn't even paid yet when they asked me to check my bag, as if they were afraid I'd hide something in my bag and not take it out to pay. After I paid, a staff member kept asking me if I hadn't paid. I showed him my bank payment details, but he still didn't believe me and insisted I go back to the store with him to confirm. Has your Big W been robbed many times? Do you have to look at everyone and think they're thieves?
Close to Main Street, no toilet facilities available. Found that they didn’t have a large range of clothing for plus size women. Some staff were helpful and some not so much

When visiting Echuca l always go to Big W. They have a great variety of different purchases to look at. Staff are always friendly and helpful. If you can't find what you are looking for, staff will help you. I know they get paid to do this, but our last trip there we were looking for a particular book. This lady went out of her way to help us. Very professional. Great place, Big W
bought a jacket through self serve yesterday .. got.no receipt..paid by card. it still had the security tag on . went back to them thus morning .. they didnt believe me .. i showed them the amount that waa debited from my credit card with big w as the place of purchase they still didn't believe me .. wow
