We celebrated my uncle's birthday there , food was cooked fresh and full of authentic Indian flavours. We loved each and every dish we ordered. I believe service is where they can improve on . All in all a very enjoyable experience. Will definitely come back .
Absolutely appalling quality of food and service. Ordered food from there and they not only delivered it an hour early we requested the meals to come later as we were working but they also forgot half of our order. On top of that, they did not follow our food request. After speaking to the manager on the phone, I was told that I would get my missing items delivered right away and also a refund due to the ample mistakes they made. We received the rest of our order over an hour later. They gave us the wrong food items, but as we were promised a refund, we did not bother calling again. We have been in contact since and the manager has changed her mind and has said she is not willing to give a refund anymore, but will give us food instead. The food was absolutely horrid, so that does not interest me at all. Summary - Food and service was terrible and the manager lied to us; I will never go there again and would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give a 0/5 I would.
My partner and I went after purchasing a groupon meal deal. We were the only customers there on arrival, but staff were attentive. However no one really seemed to know what the groupon offer entailed and we had to reaffirm multiple times what we were actually getting. Wine was offered as part of the deal, however we were not given a choice of red or white, simply presented two glasses of after asking shiraz. Food was great. Only real complaint would be the manager/owner's children running around and being noisy, disrupting what would have otherwise been a nice evening. The children were also allowed to roam freely in the kitchen which did not look at all professional or safe.
Had food from here the other day, cold and tasted like biting into a salt bag. I bought it to the attention of the server and was advised that everyone has a different taste. Wasn't happy with the service. Hope they improve there service for someone that is not of Indian background.
Excellent food and excellent service by Sri , Sukh and Param. This our permanent spot for Indian food and every time we think of eating Indian, we visit this place only. We have tried all famous big names on watton street in Werribee and also other famous names in western and northern suburbs. But no one beats this restaurant. Reasons for being best :- 1. Warm welcome 2. No roaming around before taking order 3. No minimum order amount per head 4. Yummilicious food whatever u order 5. Excellent service by every staff member 6. No discrimination of service quality between Indian and non Indian customers. Highly recommended for visit. 5/5 stars
Can't follow simple delivery instructions. Food wasn't worth the price you pay. Can't even tell the difference between coke and coke zero. Will be taking my money elsewhere in future and will not be recommending my friends.
Worst food ever. Rotis were so thick and not at all cooked properly! Paneer curry was more sweet than salty!! Literally threw half of the food into the bin! Money wasted!!!
Worse food I ever had.spent 80$ on Manchurian with no taste and no salt. Chicken noodles with fried chicken with no taste like noodles.yukkkkkkk.Dont even waste ur money.dont even know what are they selling for this much high rates.100%unsatisfied food.
Does not deserve any star pathetic food pathetic service pathetic and rude chef and people working there in werribee chawla now known as pinch of spice in werribee. Ordered Chinese provided us with Indian food not even close to indo Chinese food .
Awesome food every time, very friendly, delicious naan and curries .. Best consistency in food ..simply love it ..
