Yvonne is lovely, I was having a bad day and when she handed over my medication she put some lollies in the bag. This is a simple gesture but really means a lot! The other staff here are wonderful too.

Very supportive and friendly staff. When I went in with a problem that needed solving the staff bent over backwards to help me and look after my needs. They have always been responsive in giving me the best price possible without compromising quality. Definitely recommend this pharmacy.

I work nearby and visited this pharmacy semi-regularly. Today I was treated so shortly and tersely by one of the pharmacists it made me almost cry. I was felt like I was being shooed out of the store - I was taking 30 seconds to think about my course of action as I had mistakenly brought the wrong prescription and not one I'd even want to abuse, the side effects from taking a low dose already are very unpleasant. I had other products I was holding that I intended to purchase but I didn't want to continue the snippy treatment I received. I've worked in retail and customer service for 6 years and I fail to see why I was deserving of this - especially because of my experience I am always cordial, bubbly and helpful because I know being on the other side of the counter is rough. I understand also that times are stressful and the store was kind of busy, I understand how stressful it feels but it's important to not let your customers feel this too. I do not anticipate I will come back.

I wanted to make sure that there were no contraindications with my medicines so I went in and asked the pharmacist about all my prescriptions. I was impressed with his knowledge and the time he spent with me assuring  me about all my concerns. I now do most of my shopping for pharmacy needs at this shop as I find them knowledgeable very efficient and very happy to discuss anything to do with my medicines

Chempro has been my Chemist of choice for years now. Haiyen is the very best pharmacist; very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I have found Richard to be excellent also. Hailey and Amanda are both very pleasant, very good customer service, and if you need products, and they are not in stock,  then Cindy is the one to arrange those for you. Has her finger on the pulse and if you didn't know this, Cindy is a huge tennis fan. and she absolutely adores  Novak Djokovic [the Joker]. So if you see Cindy, engage her in conversation about the Joker. She can't hear enough about him or sing his praises enough.

My first experience wasn't the best but I must give credit to the staff as they fixed the problem when I asked and I've had nothing but fantastic service the entire time. Thank you

I've shopped at this chemist many times and always find the shop girls and pharmacists are polite and friendly. They actually care about the customers and have a good knowledge of products. I would recommend this chemist to anyone wanting exceptional service.

I have always found the team at this chemist to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. Richard in particular went above and beyond with his service today. These people genuinely care for their customers - thank you.

Owner is absolutely lovely! I've had trouble looking for a product at 3 different pharmacies before coming here, and the owner was able to politely order in the product for me. 100% will be making this my regular pharmacy from now on!
