I appreciate their staff go out of their way to help customers. 
End of may 16, I needed to purchase strips for my daily blood suger test before my ndss card was issued. I had been to other chemists at chatswood to be told that i had to pay full price. Only the staff at this chemist was kind enough to call ndss to find out that i can purchase at full price first and have the refund later when the card is issued. 
Then i didn't get time to go back to them for 8 months as i have been busy with my new born baby. I called them after all this time to see if they are willing to refund without very high expectations. However they are willing to do it even the receipt was hard to read as the ink faded terribly.

Worst service ever. They charged me twice and then they did a refund for me. Over 2 weeks I haven't received my money back. I called them they told me to contact the bank to bring the statement to show. This is what the customer's supposed to do? I will not go there again as there are so many REAL good chemists out there and you're a BAD chemist!
