Price tags are  misleading, I argued with the cashier once
and was forced to pay the price I wasn't expecting to pay.
There's a long queue for the checkouts too. Extremely busy.
The only good thing is the cheap prices.

Extremely rude staffs there all the time... It was very unpleasant experience. If you want to know how rude they are, just go there. Especially a Chinese girl with glasses is very rude to customers at all time.

Security guard treats you like a thief. Entered right before security guards eye, immediately turned around as there was too many people, didn't even go through the isles, and yet demanded to check bags with an unpleasant tone. Terrible way to treat customers. Thank you for making me feel like a criminal as a customer. Won't go back as a frequent customer.

Great location but security always treat you like a thief with very rude attitude, totally frustrating shopping experience.

Shop - Too cramped to shop. Staffs doing shelving and customers trying to shop in cramped aisle doesn't give customer great shopping experience. It's suffocating.

Price - The one star is for their cheap product price. Good pricing but it's useless if customer can't shop or find the things they want to buy. I will try the other chemist warehouse further up next time.
