Stayed here on points for 1 night during transit, in a Deluxe Balcony King Room.... will definitely be back in the future!nnA lovely older building and grounds, that are all beautifully maintained.nRoom was very comfy, quiet, and immaculately cleaned, with a great little practical balcony overlooking the garden grounds.nnThe staff were exceptional and a delight, with a warm cookie on arrival a great little treat, and a hand written welcome note the final touch on a perfect arrival and check in process.nnThere were some building works underway during our stay, which meant the main reception was moved to the rear of the building.nHowever this was all clearly explained by the hotel beforehand and clear signage was in place to direct people. No noise from the works could be heard.nnVery happy customer.

Stayed for 1 night after a long flight.nRoom was King one bedroom suite.nnPro:nGood shower.nQuiet room.nSuper comfortable bed.nnCon:nThe whole hotel was cold.nInteresting tap water.nNo curtains over 2 windows, not good for sleeping.nDrafty window above the bed.nOur room had a heat pump in the living area and no heating in the bedroom. A fan heater and blanket were available but this is not acceptable in a 4 star hotel in 2024. But at least we had warm cookies to compensate.nThe room hotel was very dated and needs renovating.nI can only assume the positive reviews are from people who are possibly not well traveled, or we had bad luck with the room we were allocated.

This is a beautiful location with many ponds and peaceful areas to enjoy while staying here.nThe morning buffet is fantastic, and the staff in the eating area are phenomenal in making sure you have everything you need for a great meal.

Really beautiful hotel with beautiful gardens. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. But what we loved most was the service. Whenever we needed something it was promptly brought to the room. The staff also took their time to explain nearby attractions and what is best for us. Their continental breakfast included for diamond members offers very limited option, but the hot buffet offers better food for an additional price. Overall it was a very good experience.

When I entered first in the room and checked the bathroom found some hair in bath tub which was disappointing. Some house keeping people came and cleaned. Then when I tried to take a bath in the bath tub I could feel some urine smell , looks like somebody messed in the bath tub and was not cleaned properly.  Food was great Breakfast and dinner, room amenities were good.
