What a wonderful cozy place. After several flight delays getting to New Zealand, the owner was my first real interaction with a local. And she made the whole journey worth it. What a super nice lady! She gave me an amazing room upgrade and was very helpful pointing out things to do and see in the city. This is the place you want to stay.

Great service. Good, clean room with required self-service facilities. The receptionist (probably owner) was nice enough to drop us off to Addington railway station to catch the TranzAlpine Express the next morning. I would definitely come back here again.

Great location....awesome as on site owner/manager...apartment nice...some guests rather noisy....but overall....FANTASTIC....
