It was an amazing experience, the security there was amazing and cared a lot about their guests. Only problem was that they didn’t check ids properly other than that it was an excellent experience. The music was good and the design of the place was good and everything around was easily accessible.
I was there last Friday night and honestly can’t believe how the obnoxious and rude women at the bar get away with it. They treat you like they’re doing you a favour and you’re disturbing them for getting a drink. Clearly they don’t understand if it wasn’t for us spending money they wouldn’t have a job. Poor management.
Firstly, it's a great venue, I always enjoy myself here. I do have an issue though, the smokers area is basically inside and the smoke carries and the venue has a nasty smell. Really wish the smokers were further away.
I did have a great night at Chasers but I do have some feedback that I think would make the venue even better: each time I have gone to see a show here they open the doors 30 mins after they say they will. I'm recovering from a knee injury so having to stand around that much longer ment that I was in pain. The venue could definitely do with some more wheelchair accessibility lift to balcony/ramp to bar my friend was in a chair and couldn't get around very well. Also another way of exiting the venue would be great. Took us 15 minutes to get out to door because of the crowd - I can't believe that this would pass a fire safety check...
Seldomly travel southside, but pleasantly surprised by this venue. Good amount of mirrorballs, lasers and a nice vantage point on the top level. The crowd energy from the Infected Mushroom and Megapixel sets was just dripping, throbbing bliss. Don't know what the vibe is on any other given night, but if it's more psy, I could be made a believer.

Old, tired and dirty. The floor is so sticky we could barely walk property. Absolutely disgusting venue.
This place stunk like a toilet, music is outdated also repetitive and I've seen younger people at a retirement home. Not worth the overpriced drinks......
Dirtiest filthiest venue I have seen! The toilets were putrid! I would think twice before going let alone ordering a drink from this venue!
Iconic venue that’s stood the test of time. Always at the forefront of reinventing nights! Excellent function rooms for hire. Had my 50th at the Moser Room and I highly recommend..
