For one closure letter I had to call 7 times in 3 days. Every person tells me different story. While I am trying to explain why I need letter urgently they cutting me off and not helpful at all . Then I sent written complaint.Letter recevied with in 10 min.

I was hesitant to write a review about the staff at CFS Finance until I have just read about similar experiences by other people. My dealings with Lorraine has been always the same,rude, unable to hear me hence her excuse for raising her voice, lack of empathy is the biggest one and always interrupting me to get her voice across. What bothers me is the fact that it does not matter that you have had a good record paying off your car loan in the past 4 years as the minute you miss a payment and it’s Lorraine with her disbelieving attitude,about genuine reasons your payment did not come out, you will you get off the phone so upset and even the fact that I mentioned it was the anniversary of my sons passing, there was not one mention or kind words from her. How a person has such a lack of empathy amazes me.
I’m going off the review below me. Spoke with Shona today and I agree with the statements made below. She is rude and unprofessional. I had my car stolen yesterday and we have a GPS on the car so therefore it would be common sense to turn off the car so the thieves do not drive the vehicle. Shona states that we never requested for the car to be turned off however I am certain that this was initially requested and obviously common sense to turn the engine off especially if a car has been stolen. If she had turned off the engine like we had told her to we would have located the car and the thieves would not have thrashed it last night. She kept on interrupting me asking me to let her speak however when you’re in a distressed state never interrupt a customer when they are trying to discuss their situation. That’s disgusting. I have requested for a copy of the call recording and Shona better be prepared for me to take this further.
When I've rang up in regards to a car loan there's one lady who I spoke to that couldn't hear anything I said, I had to repeat my birthday 3x before she understood it when I couldn't have been clearer, she was so lost at everything I said. Another occasion I spoke to some could've been the same lady who just kept transferring me around to different people in the office because she was "unsure" how to do my request. Lucky I've had at least one experience with Mary who was actually willing to help me with my queries
I just got off the phone with two of the customer services, I usually leave awesome and great honest feedbacks because I love to help out the locals, but this was wasn’t. The first caller was fine, but sent me to another person which was a answering machine. I’m usually pretty calm & collective when dealing with rude customer servers, but when I called back the experience was unprofessional & communication was unpleasant & rude. She said to me rudely “can I finish so many times” so to me that shows lack of listening skills and concern for the customers who are trying to find clarity and find help with clearly a situation with in a company services. I hope next time this won’t happen again, and try and be more respectful & be kind towards helping your customers. Thank You. Regards Nga.
Shona is rude and should definitely not be a first point customer service person with the way she speaks and the amount she doesn’t know. Jevlin on the other hand was the most amazing person to deal with, got me sorted within a day, gave me all the information and assisted me in every way possible. Prompt replies and made everything so clear and a breeze to do. Thank you Jevlin so much!
I just had to come here and say that I’ve spoken to a few people over the phone a few times and never had a problem but for the first time ever there was a rude person who doesn't let you finish talking and she interrupts while your talking here’s a-bit of advice for her. Seeing that there’s a lot of bad reviews on here about you lady you should be fired you’re the reason why people are giving the company bad reviews.
The start of the finance is very nice and easy, all made in a way that you can imagine. I made a request for income protection and the did not include it. When I saw the contract that I signed in between was the box ticked by someone else. Have proof of the email requesting from the beginning. Recently I requested I full amount sum for payment and they send it to me after a massive argument. Have to chance down for it. Once I received I paid in full and requested a GST and they said they don't do, . Staff members over the line are absolutely rude and love to over talk when you make a question. I tried to keep my calm but today I gave them a hard time to understand , if a costumer asking for simple duties, it is absolutely disgusting, I'm still waiting for a confirmation of a payment of 27 I in less than a year since the contract and they could not be bothered to reply a simple email. Now I understand why thing go south for those companies, bad training staff and bad manners of workers.
